Job Description
1. Prepare ingredients trays for NFS practical lessons/practical exam
2. Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchen (sweep, mop, help clean
cooker, table and sink that are not properly cleaned by students and
clear waste bin)
3. Assist with food, kitchen equipment and cleaning materials/
equipment order
4. Keep track of ingredients stock and expiry date
5. Clean refrigerator once in June and October
6. Wash and fold kitchen towels and apron (washing machine and dryer
available)
7. Contact OM to report defects in kitchen 1 and 2
8. Maintain cleanliness of Staff Lounge 2 (sweep, mop, clean table and
sink, top-up washing detergent and clear waste bin)
9. To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal,
Operations Manager (OM) or Administration Manager (AM)
10. Awarded Contractor shall be expected to purchase insurance for the
personnel who will be deployed at our School.
11. Candidate who are able to communicate in simple English and
ability to cook is preferred.
