Adecco is partnering with Global Data Center Leader. Candidate can expect comprehensive coverage in commissioning around the world with supporting top management and profesisonal development programs.
The Job:
- Assess and refine commissioning procedures, reports, and workflows, enhancing standards, setting benchmarks for KPIs, and implementing a global digital commissioning system.
- Lead the commissioning process by coordinating with consultants, performing site reviews, and auditing commissioning procedures for NEA and SEA projects.
- Establish, update, and improve regional standards for testing and commissioning Data Centre equipment and critical systems.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with commissioning consultants to align their skills with project requirements, and undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
The Talent:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical is an advantage)
- Experience in leading a small commissioning team in Data Center or Critical Environment
- Regional travelling is required
- Min 5 years working experience in Data Center or Critical Environment
