The Project Executive is a key member of the Production Team and is crucial in ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction. He/She supports the development of the project fulfillment cycle, manages vendors, and ensures timely delivery of successful campaigns and activations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning of Projects:
- Document clients' requirements with respect to project concepts and objectives.
- Prepare draft project plans for internal planning of the overall project timeline.
Manage project delivery:
- Coordinate delivery of project outcomes in accordance with the project timeline.
- Highlight project implementation issues and plan deviations regularly.
- Troubleshoot project implementation issues and deviations from the project plans.
- Manage and liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute projects.
Post project implementation:
- Analyse delivery outcomes and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Report budget utilization and spending
REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in onsite delivery of events or exhibition projects.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant disciplines.
- Must be bilingual and comfortable conversing in both English and Mandarin.
- Possess a sense of responsibility and commitment to project delivery.
- A mature and eloquent problem solver with good interpersonal skills
- Able to travel for project implementations when necessary.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
