We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Partnerships and Relations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, for a start, such as hotels, facilitating clinical trial setups, and coordinating with key opinion leaders, from doctors to influencers. The role will be ever-revolving of forming partnerships with many different other key opinion leaders as well.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills and a passion for innovation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Identify and engage potential partners to expand our network and reach.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement partnership strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles.
