Term & Hours:
-January 2025 to March 2026
-20 hours per week
-Evening & Weekend work
-Must be able to commit to travel on weekend training trips, overseas training camps, all major tournaments with such as AHF Cup, Asia Cup and SEA Games (December)
Essential Duties:
- Assist the Head Coach with instructing athlete in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
- Organize & direct individual/ small group practice activities and exercises as directed by the head coach.
- Assess athletes’ skills during practice sessions/ tournaments and keep track of athletes’ performances.
- Assist with game strategy and scouting of opposition players
- Video and analysis during training, matches and tournaments
- Assist the Head Coach to supervise athletes during practices & competitions
- Lead the planning and coaching of the Women’s National Development Squad
- Assist with coaching in the Women’s Pathway including Under 21 and Talent Group camps
- Be actively involved in the Talent ID of athletes in the Women’s Pathway and provide feedback to both current and potential athletes
- Model & maintain professional conduct towards athletes, officials, and spectators.
- Other ad-hoc duties/ assignments given by the Head Coach.
Minimum Requirements:
- Registered on the NROC or equivalent coaching qualifications
- Experience as a Coach at national age group or international level or equivalent
- Experience in the use of game analysis software (eg. HUDL)
