Job Role Description
- Overseas daily operations
- Supervises, provide guidance and support to all cleaning staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standard
- Ensure all cleaning equipments is well maintained and safe for use
- Ensure that cleaning staff follows safety protocols, uses protective equipment and handles chemical safetly
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
- Provide training
- Coordinate and liase with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfication
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Prepare reports and maintain records of cleaning operations
