We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with expertise in managing payroll, pass applications and compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have local knowledge and a proven track record in handling HR tasks. This role involves guiding and advising the team on best practices to ensure compliance and streamline HR processes.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with MOM regulations and provide timely updates on policy changes.
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to advise and guide the team effectively.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an HR role focused on MOM compliance or immigration processes is highly desirable.
