Job Description
- Lead in the delivery of quality web projects within costs and schedule
- Fully accountable for the quality, on-time & customer satisfaction of delivery projects
- Manage and plan the resources needed from user requirement, development of functional specification, testing and user training
- Work with the technical team (web designers, web developers, SEO specialist & managers) and sales teams to ensure that the requirement gathered is realistic and implementable
- Provide project reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Handles clients' enquiries and problem solving.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, Magento or other CMS will be a plus
- Resourceful in getting things done in the most efficient manner
- Has prior project management experience in developing of websites
- Building relationships with customers and vendors and working cross- functionally within a regional team
- Enjoy working with people across various environments, in particular a customer-facing, commercial environment
- Customer-oriented, goal-driven and always looking at opportunities for improvement
- Sense of urgency, work to tight deadlines
- Getting things done in the most efficient manner
- Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
