As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building a strong sales team. You’ll manage client acquisition, deepen existing client relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and a client-focused approach.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the credit and compliance teams to ensure lending practices meet regulatory standards.
  • Set realistic sales targets and implement a tracking system to monitor progress.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and support continuous professional development.
  • Ensure all lending practices comply with Singapore’s regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.


Key Requirements:


  • More than 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in a financial or lending environment.
  • Prior experience in team management or sales leadership is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s lending regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and drive a team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
