Location: Multiple Sites (placements available for convenience to your residential location)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical / Mechanical / ACMV)
- Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E systems
- Attend to defects and customers' complaints promptly
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Holds a Professional Certificate, ITE, or NTC certification in Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Facilities Management.
