Job Description
The selected personnel would be expected to play an integral part in managing, monitoring and overseeing minor renovation works. In addition, this role would require the applicant to:
· Identify the maintenance works required at the facilities
· Supervise Term Contractors on term contract works
· Monitor security equipment and ensure that it is functioning well at all time
· Assist in sourcing of qualified vendor
· Reviewing exciting vendor performance
· Responsible for planning and maintaining of facility maintenance schedule
· Collating monthly service reports from the facility management team
· Assisting the hiring manager with interview scheduling and communication of interview outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a self-driven and motivated employee with good knowledge and concepts in facilities management. In addition, you will possess
· Nitec/Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Building Management
· Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
· Independent, meticulous & team player
