Job Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly project reports for managers and customers.
- Sit into company meetings and perform secretarial roles i.e. minutes taking / meeting notes.
- Liaise with customers and schedule mettings with managers for them to discuss about project matters.
Job requirements:
- At least 2/3 years’ experience in company administration support.
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma Holders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well in a team and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
