JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field and a valid surveyor certificate
- Min 3-5 relevant working experience in SINGAPORE
- Excellent Mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse disciplines, such as engineers and architects

- Cost Control & Cost Benefit Analysis
- Negotiate With Contractors And Subcontractors
- Oversee And Ensure Compliance With Standards
- Planning, Estimating And Managing Cost
- Prepare And Analyze Costings For Tenders
