Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Provide support in document preparation for internal and external communications.
2. Operational Support:
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining the organization's operational processes to ensure efficiency.
- Support in data entry, updating systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Help track business operations performance and assist with project timelines.
- Coordinate and support logistical arrangements for business events, conferences, or travel.
3. Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact between departments, ensuring effective communication.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos, newsletters, or updates.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and other external parties as needed.
- Assist with resolving issues or queries from staff or clients in a timely manner.
4. Project Management Assistance:
- Assist with managing business projects by tracking progress and deadlines.
- Ensure project documentation is organized and accessible.
- Coordinate resources and logistics for project execution.
- Support project teams in conducting research and preparing reports.
- Support with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes.
