Main Responsibilities:
- Order management from Order processing.
- Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfill orders committed
- Liaise with clients on open orders, deliveries and reschedules
- Perform Invoicing and Accounts Receivables
- Maintain inventory and stock reconciliation
- Extract and compile information to create report
- Filing, Posting and Data entry
- Perform daily arrangement for delivery & customers’ collection of goods
- Perform order processing into accounting system
- Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfill orders committed
- Manage and build a good relationship with 3rd party transporter to ensure on-time deliveries
- Manage and work closely with Malaysia/Thailand/China team on the day to day operations on daily basis and to ensure that all requirements are met
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate shipment and to liaise with external parties or forwarders
- To ensure that all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
- Coordinate the day to day import/export logistics operations with Malaysia/Thailand/China team and transactions documentation for freight forwarding and other related activities
- Assist to submit GST supporting document to accounts department
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors/ Management
