- Possess comprehensive knowledge of our beauty product lines, including their ingredients, origins, and unique characteristics.
- Drive sales by actively promoting featured products and upselling complementary items if required
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the beauty product section is immaculately organised, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
- Proactively reach out to customers to inform them of new arrivals, promotions, and brands.
