Requirements and Responsibilities
- Proactive to undertake any assignments or tasks which helps in business development, sales and marketing, inclusive of sales leads generation and cold sales. Hunter mentality.
- Assist the Business Development Team in solution demonstrations and process walk-through.
- Implement and conduct surveys to find out market trends and feedback about our solutions.
- Deliver presentations to large group of audience via webinars, social media platforms and in-person conferences/forums.
- Understanding and experience in using digital media effectively for marketing purposes.
- Communicate effectively with users via all applicable forms of communication platforms.
- Conduct training/workshops to client users.
- Provide solution support to client users.
- Involve in testing of mobile and web solution enhancements.
- Involve in providing industry-required feature enhancements to product development team.
- Good proficiency in written communication and documentation.

Sales Incentive
- Sales incentive will be given on top of basic salary for meeting sales target.
