-To coordinate interior fit-out projects with consultants/clients from the start to the end of the construction.
-To have good design/drawing understanding to execute the designer's concept accurately into the built project.
-To ensure all site staff & sub-contractors carry out work in a safe manner and to monitor compliance is carried out with all building, safety codes, and other regulations.
-To plan, manage and execute the budget and expenditures of the projects.
-To provide a proper schedule to ensure the project is within the given/agreed program required to meet deadlines.
-To record and follow up on decisions from meetings to ensure accurate communication among different parties throughout the projects
-To provide administrative support, preparing and obtaining quotations from subcontractors/suppliers.
