Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling and following up with customer enquiries and converting them into customers
· Deliver sales targets set by team manager
· Manage existing customers and increase repeat business from them
· Work with marketing team to generate leads and seek out new sales avenues through campaigns and promotions
· Handle general customer service
· Provide product knowledge to the customers
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Familiar with marketing on marketplaces and social media platforms. i.e. Carousell, Facebook, Instagram
· Possess Class 3 or 3A driving licence
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
