Position: RPA Specialist – Process Automation

Location: Raffles Place (Hybrid work arrangement)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $5,500 per month + 1-month completion bonus
Annual Leave: 21 days
Contract Duration:
1-year contract with potential for involvement in dynamic automation projects.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Min graduates in IT, Data Science, or Computer Science
Job Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze workflows, apply process improvement techniques, and gather requirements from process owners across various functions.
- Process Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify and prioritize use cases suitable for RPA or automation.
- Documentation & Solution Design: Create detailed documentation, including scorecards, process definitions, solution designs, and user manuals.
- Solution Development: Design, test, and implement automation solutions according to the delivery lifecycle.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve errors in RPA implementations efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance RPA solutions.
- Training: Conduct RPA and automation-related training sessions for team members and relevant stakeholders.
