Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of advanced information and analytics products within a global organization. Proven experience in successfully delivering these products across organizations with varying levels of analytics maturity, engaging with business leaders to drive analytics-informed decision-making.
- Serve as a thought leader in data architecture, overseeing the design and delivery of data-analytics platforms for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Demonstrate state-of-the-art expertise in data preparation, data insights, and visualization (e.g., BI tools), as well as advanced predictive analytics using AI, ML, and deep learning.
- Manage data governance to ensure analytics products meet ethical standards and maintain strong controls.
- Act as a visionary in information and analytics, strategically partnering internally and externally to deliver best-in-class analytics products to meet business needs.
- Partner with business units to shape the analytics agenda and establish a roadmap for data and analytics adoption.
- Build, mentor, and lead a global team of analytics and data experts capable of driving digital transformation.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics) or a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant data experience.
- Background in Financial Services or related consumer-centric industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of fundamental data concepts (data modeling, data pipelines, data quality, lineage) and data warehousing methodologies, with experience in modern data architecture.
- Expertise in cloud platforms, especially AWS (e.g., Redshift, EMR, RDS, Athena, Glue).
- Proficient in DataOps, AI and MLOps methodologies, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, DevOps processes, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience in building and maintaining scalable microservices, server-side APIs, and RESTful services.
- Skilled in Python 3, Linux/Unix Shell Scripting, containerization, and Spark or similar big data processing tools.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to apply analytics to solve business challenges and drive KPIs.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, manage complex data frameworks, and implement change management processes.
- Ability to mentor and guide teams and stakeholders on data management best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies and managing multiple projects, with strong planning and reporting skills.
- Able to make independent decisions aligned with corporate philosophy, ethics, compliance, and risk management standards.
