Job Description
1) Develop content for blogs, product brochures, newsletters, social media, and company website
2) Collaborate in supporting business units on the development and implementation of their marketing/digital marketing, and communication strategies
3) Develop and manage the production of visual assets such as videos and photos and ensure that deadlines are met
4) Respond to reviews or queries from social media platforms such as Google business profiles and other communication channels
5) Assist with the entire arrangement of exhibitions and other company events.
6) Manage the company’s WeChat Official Account’s content
7) Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc)
8) Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
1) Degree in Business/ Communications/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Journalism
2) At least 2-3 years of working experience in any of the following functions: digital/ social media marketing, content marketing, public relations/ communications, journalism, events
3) Excellent command of the written and spoken English
4) Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin (preferred)
5) Effective research and writing skills (compulsory)
6) Good interpersonal and communication skills
7) Meticulous, Self-Starter, Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful
8) Creative mindset with an eye for detail
9) Ability to work independently and in a team environment
10) Strong in graphic design and video production
11) Willingness to travel
12) Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
13) Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Analytics, and basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Specific Knowledge and special skills required
1) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, photography or videography skill
