Responsibilities
· Purchasing includes request of quotation, negotiation on price, create Purchase Order, match PO with supplier invoice
· Liaise with supplier on delivery schedule
· Prepare daily delivery schedule
· Upkeep inventory list
· Project Co-ordination
· Other ad hoc admin duties
Requirements:
· Applicable to Singaporeans or PR only
· Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Procurement Studies
· Min 2 years of Purchasing experience in Construction Industry
· Provision in MS Office and ERP/Navision Software
· Mature and able to work independently.
· 5.5 day per week, Alternate Saturday
