Job Responsibilities:
· Handle full spectrum of AP function
· Process monthly and urgent payments
· Experience in handling full sets of accounts
· Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable
· Prepare monthly financial report
· Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
· Perform monthly bank reconciliation and closing of accounts
· Perform month end closing and prepare reconciliation for GL account
· Liaise with insurance agent for project, machineries and motor vehicles
· Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, banker and tax agents
· Assist to verify staff claims for reimbursements
· Other adhoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting or equivalent
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
· Self-motivated
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Team player
· Plus point: Construction sector experience
