The candidate will take on a range of challenging yet exciting and rewarding tasks of 360-marketing, assisting the Marketing Lead of the Australia & New Zealand universities portfolio at PSB Academy (ANZ) in driving campaigns achieving branding to lead generation objectives. This role will report to the Marketing Manager at PSB Academy.
Marketing:
- Provide support in implementing the marketing plan: This includes overarching ATL and BTL strategies, messaging, lead generation, events/previews, branding, and partnerships specific to the assigned portfolio.
- Work closely with central marketing to ensure alignment of the PSB Academy brand narrative and strategic direction to that of the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Programme Consultants to ensure marketing support business and sales objectives.
- Provide support for monitoring, optimising and reporting campaigns and leads generation activities across different media channels.
- Assist to collect market intelligence, conducting market analysis, and understanding the marketing channels and costs in each location so as to budget sensibly for each location.
- Responsible for undertaking content production, such as video filming, photography, testimonials collection, and other duties as required to support the overall marketing agenda for the assigned portfolio.
- Support the work with University partners, Academic and/or Recruitment teams to understand and hence develop USP to market each programme to engage the intended target audience for lead generation & conversion.
- Execute a bottom-of-funnel tactical marketing plan for each programme and intake timely to expand recruitment and revenue.
- Develop online and offline initiatives to ensure optimised reach of target segments, eg. Industry talk/sharing session.
- Manage the production and timely delivery of collaterals.
- Provide quarterly updates of marketing efforts to University Partners.
Budget Management:
- Prepare available data to evaluate the ROI of each marketing effort.
- Regular monitoring and reporting on budgeting spent against planned marketing activities.
- Ensure marketing expenses are kept within budget.
Others:
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business and Public Relations or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience
- Excellent integrated marketing and project management experience
- Experience in social media marketing and Google Ads are advantageous
- Ability to multi-task with high level of initiative and sound business acumen
- Independent and dynamic personality
- Proficient in English
- CRM knowledge in HubSpot is preferred
- Fluent in suite of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to commit to supporting and/or leading events in the evenings and weekends when required. (not extensive)
