Job Scope:
- Quality Planning & Audits: Oversee First Article Submissions and develop quality plans. Conduct audits (QMS, Process, HSE) and assess supplier capability.
- Performance Management: Monitor supplier quality, perform audits, and drive closure of findings to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
- Supplier Development: Identify improvement opportunities to enhance supplier capabilities and reduce lead times.
- Process Optimization: Propose improvements for financial and operational efficiencies in supplier processes.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve process issues and promote quality standards.
- Quality Control Plans: Develop and manage Quality Control Plans (QCP) with customers, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Inspection Coordination: Manage customer and third-party inspections for product quality compliance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Technical/Engineering course
- At least 5 years of working on the same industry, preferably experience in Oil & Gas industry
