Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday – Friday), Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
- Working Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
- Office at City Hall, Working location at Island wide
- S$ 4,000 to 5,000
Requirements
- Min Degree / Diploma in QS or its equivalent
- Above 5 years with Experience in A & A works tender
Roles & Responsibilities
- Able to Perform Leaderships and Training to AE team
- Constructive Suggestions to Superiors with Solutions to Problems
- Responsible to All Tender Costing before presented to Superiors for Management meeting
- Works pro-actively, well-co-ordinated in the Report and able to meet Superior's expectation
- Attend and Responsive to All Tender submission and Tender Interview and Post Tender Addendums
- Basic QS job scope (e.g. Measurement and Calling Quotation) still applied if Internal staff resources are tight
