Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone.
- Greet and guide guests to their reserved karaoke rooms.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Enter orders into the POS system.
- Offer basic technical support for microphone and karaoke system issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Work independently to ensure high-quality service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues (e.g., mic and system checks).
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment.
- Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Working Conditions:
- Night shifts in a karaoke and entertainment setting.
- Requires standing and moving for extended periods.
Working Hours:
- 6-day work week with night shift timings as follows:
- 6:30 pm - 3:30 am (selected outlets) — Night Shift Allowance: $8 per night
- 4:00 pm - 1:30 am / 2:00 am (other outlets) — Night Shift Allowance: $4 per night
- 9:00 pm - 7:00 am (Orchard only) — Night Shift Allowance: $16 per night
