Responsibilities:
- Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Oversee Customer Consignment Programs.
- Ensure on-time deliveries for both internal and external customers by collaborating closely with customers, vendors, and engineers to meet requirements.
- Maintain and monitor stock inventory and manage stock movement.
- Update customer price books.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documentation.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and business partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Oracle or SAP systems is a plus.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available for monthly rotating weekend and public holiday standby.
