Location: Changi Aiport
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 2 staggered time - 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm
Salary: Up to $2,800 (based on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st Level Technical Support via phone, remote assistance, and email.
- Escalate and track incident/service requests professionally and promptly.
- Provide onsite support as needed.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an IT service desk environment preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent telephony and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
