Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to deliver content to the right audience on various channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Promotional Material: Design and create promotional materials, including posters, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other types of print.
• Social Media Campaigns: Brainstorm, plan, and execute innovative social media campaigns for multiple platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Integrated Marketing Strategies: Plan and develop integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, utilizing both digital and offline media.
• Photography/Videography Coordination: Assist and coordinate any photography or videography needed for marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Marketing Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• KPI Achievement: Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure marketing goals are met and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
• Website Management: Maintain and monitor the company website on WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Proficient in creating and publishing creative content for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Xiaohongshu).
• Experience with using various digital marketing tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
• Highly driven, organized, creative and digitally savvy.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, or other photo/video editing tools.
• Experience in SEO article writing is a big plus.
