Job Summary:
- Basic $2300-$2800
- Company provided both ways - Tanah Merah MRT
- Performance Bonus
- Monday to Friday 8am-5.15pm (work in office)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process member payments (AXS, Paynow, internet banking).
- Verify cheques against listings; prepare for bank deposit; follow up on dishonored cheques.
- Manage GIRO and recurring credit card applications; activate accounts after bank approval.
- Resolve unsuccessful GIRO and credit card deductions.
- Reconcile weekly F&B sales receipts with Membership system and invoices.
- Generate monthly subscription and admin fees.
- Address member inquiries; update records; prepare adjustments or refunds as needed.
- Submit Termination and Reinstatement Report monthly.
- Generate and distribute member statements by the 10th working day.
- Provide expired/terminated member lists for refund processing.
- Reconcile F&B recoverable accounts with GL.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/ Finance /LCCI or any equivalent with 2 years of experience in handling and servicing customer enquiry
