- Maintaining inventory of food items and ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard.
- Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials.
- Controlling budgets and minimizing wastage.
- Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen and maintaining a clean work environment by disposing of garbage, sweeping floors and washing dishes.
- Preparing food according to head chef instructions, such as chopping vegetables or preparing ingredients for dishes
- Cleaning and sterilizing kitchen equipment, such as stoves and refrigerators
- Recruiting, training and developing staff
- Deliver accurate kitchen order.
- Assist in orders from delivery platform and GroupBuys.
- Maintain active communication with kitchen staff, ground staffs/ servers and shop manager.
- Follow all relevant Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Assist in Kitchen preparation and washing of dishes, whenever it is required.
