Job Description:
▪Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
▪Manage requirement confirmation & design workshops with 20+ client stakeholders from various teams (Product Manager, Sales, Ops, IT, Finance etc).
▪Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
▪Create functional design deliverables (including page-flow, business logic, validations, etc.)
▪Provide handover of design to Application team to build.
▪Post build completion, perform verification to ensure it aligns with design.
▪Support SIT, UAT and BRT testing
Requirements:
Must Have:
▪Communication skills
▪Client Management & Scope Control
▪Proactiveness and take ownership to drive task closure
▪Skills in Business Process Design with advanced proficiency.
▪Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis and proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy.
Preferred:
▪Familiarity with Telco B2B Order Management process
▪Salesforce/ Cloudsense experience
