The Ministry Director (MD) reports to the Chinese Congregation Pastor. The person
will assist in teaching, shepherding and leadership duties to nurture the Chinese
Congregation and provide pastoral care for its members.
Basic Qualifications and Requirements
- A committed and growing servant of God
- Basic theological education from a reputable seminary
- Able to teach the Bible in Mandarin
- Able to interact in English and Mandarin
- Planning and Management skills for development and execution of plans
- Able to work independently while collaborating with others in a team environment
