Responsibilities:
- The role holder is primarily responsible for proactively acquiring New Client (Indonesian) to onboard for the bank. Candidates will also be expected to offer a wider range of products, including unsecured credit cards and insurance to targeted segments.
- The position involves establishing relationships with internal stakeholders within Client Acquisition (CA) as well as external stakeholders (such as property agents, brokers, and other sales agents) to increase referrals.
- Engagement with affluent and mass market Indonesian clients will be essential for processing their Sign Up requests through marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, networking functions, and roadshows.
- The candidate should be willing to work outside of regular office hours and on weekends as needed for networking events, campaigns, and roadshows.
- Staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings is crucial, along with conducting regular market updates and follow-up activities for target customer groups to enhance product differentiation against external competition.
Requirement:
- Experience in banking sales with a proven track record.
- Results-driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to manage time well under pressure.
- Passion for sales and excellent customer service.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia due to Indonesian speaking clients.
