Remuneration Package: Attractive Basic Salary + AWS + 3 Months PB awaiting
What are we expecting the successful candidate to handle?
- Provide excellent quality services to handle inbound calls
- Assist patient in scheduling appointment
- Liaise with the internal department to solve patient enquiries and problem
- Provide administrative support to the department
We are seeking a candidate with:-
- GCE "N"/"O" Level and above
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in call centre/customer service or other related field
- With excellent communication/customer service skills
