The successful candidate will work with Sun, Ji in a research project on Structural Study of KCNQ1 Channel Pharmacology
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Cell culture
- Daily lab operation like medium preparation
- Molecular cloning
- Protein purification
- Other duties related to daily lab operation and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
M.S. in Biology, Biochemistry or Cell biology
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Biochemistry: protein expression and purification
- Molecular biology: molecular cloning
