1. Role Description:
This position reports directly to the director. ICE THERAPY PTE. 2. Specific Responsibilities:
· Understand the specific conditions and wellness goals (e.g., relaxation) that these services address to provide accurate information to clients.
· Identify customer needs through active listening and effective questioning.
· Maintaining strong relationships with clients and managing repeat business.
· Manage administrative tasks like processing payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring proper documentation of spa transactions.
· Articulate the benefits of spa services and packages clearly and persuasively to different client demographics via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
· Handle peak periods, managing customer flow and schedules.
