Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of the company's real estate development and construction business;
- Organize the preparation of the company's development strategy and planning;
- Formulate and implement the annual development and operation objectives, work plan and comprehensive budget of the company.
- Responsible for the approval of financial revenue and expenditure and the rational use of funds to improve economic benefits;
- Responsible for reviewing the internal organization setup and human resource planning, organizing the establishment of fixed positions and quotas, establishing a sound organizational system, and establishing an efficient management team;
- Familiar with the business processes of development, design, engineering, cost budgeting, procurement, marketing and operation;
- Represent the company in major business, foreign affairs and public relations activities;
- Other work tasks assigned by CEO
Requirements:
- At least Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering) or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team of departmental heads.
- Good knowledge of local authority requirements and engineering standards
- Handling Building / Residentials/ Condo Projects experiences
- Have experience in managing full cycle of projects from land evaluation, design, cost, procurement, construction, sales, and delivery;
