Admin Assistant

Job Duties & Responsibilities


- Be in charge of visiting and monitoring the retail store operations within the group on a daily basis
- Assist in liaising with internal and external auditors during annual review
- Assist in investigating irregularities and non-compliance issues
- Weekly/Monthly updates for compliance status reporting
- Conduct watchlist screening, periodic reviews on the customer due diligence, enhance due diligence and transaction activity checks and other reviews/investigation

Job Requirements

- 'O' Level and above
- Good in verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy
- Self-motivated, self-organised, enthusiastic person with the ability to work independently with adequate proper guidance
