The Senior/Facilities Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a facility, focusing on maintenance, safety, and operational needs. This role involves managing day-to-day facility activities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and supporting a safe and productive environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel for repairs and installations.
- Monitor and maintain facility equipment, ensuring proper functioning and regular servicing.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
- Manage facility inventory and supplies, ensuring availability of essential items.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with budget preparation and manage expenses related to facility maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office tools.
