The Marketing, Sales, and Server Executive is a dynamic role that combines responsibilities in customer service, marketing, and sales to enhance the overall guest experience and drive the restaurant’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
1. Server Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to guests by greeting, seating, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Build relationships with guests to ensure a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and ensure all service standards are met.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that boost the restaurant’s visibility and attract target customers.
• Manage the restaurant’s social media platforms, including creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring online reviews.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, such as digital advertising, email newsletters, and influencer partnerships.
• Design and distribute promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns, to increase customer engagement.
3. Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
• Identify and engage with potential clients, local businesses, and event planners to promote the restaurant’s offerings, such as catering services and private events.
• Build and maintain relationships with loyal customers to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to deliver an outstanding guest experience during special events, seasonal promotions, and community events.
• Actively participate in upselling menu items and promoting special offers to boost sales.
4. Brand Development & Promotion:
• Uphold the restaurant’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging and aesthetics across all marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Seek opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships to expand the restaurant’s brand reach within the community.
• Support the creation and maintenance of a welcoming and visually appealing dining environment that reflects the brand’s image.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and report on key metrics related to sales performance, customer satisfaction, and marketing campaign results.
