We are looking for full-time managerat a cafe/gelato shop in Toa Payoh & Vivocity (remotely)
Full timers- from 44 hours a week (flexible working arrangement)
Off days are dependant on your scheduling.
Salary- from $3000
Weekdays operating hours: 11-10
Weekends operating hours: 11-10
Manage and oversee daily operations of the cafe (located in Toa Payoh) as well as Vivocity (remotely), includes perform shop opening and closing duties (cashiering, scooping ice cream, store cleanliness, etc.).
• Enforce standard operating procedures and adhere to food & safety procedures.
• Conduct inventory stock check.
• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be knowledgeable of the ice cream/overall menu; be able to promote ice-cream and make tailored recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas/shop.
• Ensure safe distancing is maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant experience in the service/F&B industry is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
• Friendly service, driven and passionate about work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.
• Self-driven and possess good learning attitude.
• Independent and able to multi task.
• With Food Hygiene Certificate or related preferred.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
