Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service (On-site): Engage with clients at our showroom on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in English and Mandarin.
- Data Entry (Remote): Manage CRM and inventory data from home on weekdays.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Mandarin to engage with customers and suppliers.
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Google Docs, Sheets, CRM, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in custom tailoring or similar fields is a plus.
