Position Requirements
- Minimum Education: Diploma in Engineering (any major)
- Experience:Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in any Singapore-based company
Technician Experience: At least 5 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, quality, and efficiency
- Implement best practices in engineering management, promoting productivity and safety
- Evaluate team performance and provide guidance and support for professional development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
