Principal Consultant

- Support Program Lead/ Project Manager in delivering projects by updating Project Status, risks and issues in ServiceNow and other forums needed

- Provide assistance in preparing management status reports, capture meeting minutes & other tasks

- Perform project document control and management, follow up completion of project deliverables whenever required

- Resource and timesheet management; cost control and project financials reporting

- Assist with various procurement related activities such as contract reviews, getting quotations from the vendor in consultation with the Project Manager

- End to end on-boarding/off-boarding of project resource

- Coordinate and facilitate Audits for Project Office (Group/Internal Audits; External Audits, etc.)

- Facilitate Risk Assessment for Project Office [Integrated RCSA/MCC] and Thematic Reviews

- Facilitate and coordinate process implementation with other departments teams [Vendor Management, Finance, Procurement Teams]

- Report preparation (weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Management status reports, etc.)

- Review project documentation and ensure mandatory documents are completed before deployment
