- Responsible for the full set of accounts of vessels up to monthly closing, Tax and GST reporting, using DANAOS accounting module
- Issues the invoices for each client according to the contractual agreements and upon approval from his/her supervisor submits them to clients, as well as monitor their timely payment, reporting any potential discrepancies from schedule.
- Monitors the financial position of assigned vessels.
- Executes all the accounting transactions of the assigned vessels, i.e., invoices, expenses, payments, payroll, etc.
- Produces and submits periodical financial reports of the assigned vessels to senior management and reviews vessels actual costs against budgets. Informs the Senior Accountant of each assigned vessel, concerning budget variances.
- Preparation of yearly Company financial reports.
- Settlement of all accounts / payments of related vessels, to support the smooth operation of vessels.
