Working hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm (Retail hours)
Jobscope:
- Manage operational tasks and coordinate with the sales team to ensure sales fulfillment.
- Generate Sales Orders
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels and professionally address complaints.
- Schedule and update appointments for commercial customers, working closely with the Commercial team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, to support operations.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including online store documentation and updates.
Requriements:
- Min. secondary education
- Good communication skills, good personality and customer service skills, highly motivated
- 1-2 years customer service experience
