- Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
- Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date;
- Maintain & updating staff personal file;
- Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement;
- Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
- Process employees’ insurance claim (if any)
- Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations;
- General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc;
- Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
